I have always found her to be very helpful - answers any questions I have had, answers questions my children have.   If I recall, she spends a good bit of time with you as part of the consult.  (She is very thoughtful, like one time my child complained about her lips and Dr. H went and got her one of their branded lip balms....)

The office location is a pain for us b/c of where we live.  Parking, I find on the street maybe 50% of the time, have parked across the street at Saks a few times, and sometimes park in the garage.

I agree, she does tend to have more of a wait and see attitude, but has a lot of experience and is very compassionate.

Insurance - I know she does not take ours.  I *think* they might participate with some plan(s)....we end up paying out of pocket and using a FSA so at least we get the tax break.[/quote]
