Bedtime - we also each do one kid, and we alternate who does which kid each night.

Nighttime chores - since I'm still nursing/pumping/making bottles/doing a dreamfeed, I'm doing that in the evenings, while my husband does kitchen duty and takes the trash out.

We also have very streamlined routines for the kids - bedtime is 10 mins for baby, 20 for the toddler. [/quote]
