You don't get a lot of responses here on DCUM because most people here have decent health insurance and probably don't have to pay a lot for our medication.  Or aren't on a lot of expensive meds.  But this will be a fantastic thing for people without insurance, or with insurance but expensive deductibles and copays.

As to how it compares with COSTCO etc...  I went to Good RX to look up my husband's transplant medication, tacrolimus.

Prices range from about $20 (Giant, Safeway, Harris Teeter) for 90 pills .5 mg to $56 (CVS).  
Costco is on the low end, charging $29.

Mark Cuban's drug company charges $26.40.  So, a little cheaper than Costco but not as cheap as the grocery stores.
