Yes to all of these.  And do not expect any sympathy or conversation on your post Op.  Most of the posters on this tread are social justice live and let live idiots who will call you a "Karen" for judging a neighborhood's safety on gang activity or proximity.  Listen to your instincts and do what feels right for your family.  I suggest you visit your local police department, they will gladly inform you on the areas of concern. As a Rockville resident, this is news to me.  Where in Rockville are the gangs?  Can't speak to the other cities, but I have never felt or seen any gang activity in Rockville. Where and what gangs are these?

BTW I grew up out west with real gangs in schools in the 80s/90s.[/quote]
