They send the worst of the worst to teach and bus those kids. They keep children with high needs psychiatric illnesses in enormous public schools like northwest. Ieps are roundly ignored. Screening doesn't exists. Teachers have zero training unless they fight for a grant on their own. It's deplorable. [/quote]
