I loved/love the neighborhood, though I expect traffic on Manor will get bad once the complex is open and there are people driving in and out all the time, since it’s only one lane in each direction. The light at Connecticut and Manor also has a long cycle and I’m sure it’ll get backed up all the time (so it will be annoying if you need to make that left towards DC). NCC ES is also across the street, which might add another source of traffic on weekdays.

I wouldn’t move there without a car and it’s definitely suburban, not urban living like you would get in DC. But it’s a nice place to live overall.[/quote]
