When asked the question: "should our friends submit an application to 9th, the response was:. "no, there is no point. applications are are way up". Then question two: How about grade XX? The answer was: "someone moving from out-of-town might have a shot at that grade. we're busy but nothing like 9th. There could be an outside chance".
