What are you swatching Palladian Blue against? I’m sitting here looking into my brightly-lit powder room with white and marble tiles and it looks positively green. I find it the most soothing color. Everything is always brighter when you put it on the whole room and not in a swatch, even a large one.
Agree, be careful, once the whole room is painted you’ll be disappointed there isn’t more gray undertone. Another similar shade is BM crystalline. I think same depth as Palladian but more green. Beautiful color, but in my sunny kitchen it ended up a much truer green than I intended. Also, try to please the kids without being too literal. They’ll always insist on the more Crayola shade when picking, but in the end the toned down version will work.
