As far as making them, I wanted to try but it ended up being a lot more work than I wanted to put in. You have to gelatinized the broth, cut it up into cubes but then also make the pork, and the dumpling dough and put it all together. Instead I just took a trip to Trader Joe’s and bought several boxes and keep them in my freezer.[/quote]
