The fact that the majority of Virginia schools are ignoring the governor's EO should be informative to you -- everyone is ignoring him. But even if it wasn't, the EO concerned the rights of parents. Schools can still order staff to comply with their rules and regulations. But, bottom line here is everyone is going to ignore Youngkin's EO on this stuff, and the "divisive topics" ban as well -- expect to consider to see emphasis placed on teaching anti-racist concepts and the like. He's only the governor. There's nothing he can do about it. [/quote]
