They've paid out millions already for various infractions, like not responding to reports of sexual abuse; not providing services for specials needs,e tc. What do they care? It's just taxpayer money. Besides, they have no independent auditor (despited a $2.5bln budget) to call them out on these things. All you have is the BOE.. and we know how that goes.[/quote]
