She's active on a Listserv for Thomas' clerks and posted frequently about the stolen 2020 election.  According to legal analysts, she holds an outsized influence with Justice Thomas' employees.

Frank Gaffney, a defense contractor has a lucrative (to Ginni) contract with Liberty Consulting and Justice Thomas completely left off mention of that income in his financial statements.  The article also points out that Supreme Court Justices are not held to conflict of interest standards or ethics rules that lower court Federal judges are.  Thomas fails to recuse himself from cases that may affect Ginni and her businesses and political groups.  The article details several other conflicts.  Stunning.  The only remedy for crooked Justices is impeachment, which has never been successful.
