Well, its in direct conflict with Chapter 456 (some call it SB1303, which became Chapter 456.) Even if its not what the author's of the bill intended, it IS in fact a law right now and laws voted on by both houses of government and signed by the governor take priority over EO's. This was always true, even under previous governors. Even republican attorney's have admitted that. So, it will most definitely go to court and in the meantime the mask mandate will be in effect until a court says otherwise. Despite what all the anti-mask tantrum-throwers are saying. [/quote]
