You also shouldn't fall into the trap of believing that a low mileage vehicle is in great shape. People often think of the little old lady cars as great options because they are low mileage, but sitting can also be harder on cars than highway miles. If you are talking about a car that is only a few years old, it probably won't make a difference, but if it's 8-10 years old you might run into a number of problems that you might not expect.
