I told the person they could probably see that my shipment had been delivered at 11:24 and it was 11:43 when I was talking to them, so no.

My delivery day is today and so far, nothing yet. I know they have the 8-8 window for delivery, but I've never received a delivery this late before.

I paused on HF from October-December and reactivated in January. I had zero issues with them in all the time I used them before the pause. I did the pause because I felt like the meals were the same over and over.

Did the service really go downhill that fast?

What other service would you recommend? [/quote]
