[/quote] Literally just cook in a cast iron frying pan. If you add something acidic (e.g. tomato) more iron will dissolve into the food. Chase it down with vitamin C for better absorption. My cast iron sometimes leaves full out metalic streaks on my eggs. Spinach is a good veggie iron source. [/quote]
