The Director says they have to follow OSSE regulations and since OSSE hasn’t approved test to stay and is still mandating 10 days of closure for a case in a classroom, they can’t do test to stay or shorten the quarantine period. I’ve searched everywhere online to find literature from OSSE that supports this or something that negates it and I can’t find anything definitive. I’m sure there are many parents at our facility that would be OK with shortening the quarantine period or implementing test to stay but the Director says that ultimately it’s not her decision.
