Because, during a pandemic, surely it makes sense to fire the remaining healthcare workers, who have been faithfully putting their own lives on the line since Day 1. So crazy! So, the states that life these ridiculous vaccine mandates will be able to hire travel nurses or employees from other states. It would help alleviate the nursing shortage!
