There is a crazy dog owner in my neighborhood - she believes she is the victim of dog attacks. I've met her and her dog - the dog is very oddly behaved. It's so submissive that other animals don't know how to respond. They also can't control the animal properly so in a blink it's wrapped around you. She has accused multiple neighbors of having aggressive dogs that have psychologically damages her dog and child. Of course there were witnesses and every person involved except her disagrees with her account. So it is entirely possible for someone to have a different reality viewpoint.[/quote]
