Heartburn and hunger are correlated for me— but yea, I get hungry ~3 hours after dinner (we eat at 6, I want something at 9). If I try to just go to bed I get heartburn and can’t sleep until I’ve had something. I guess a bowl of Cheerios is not that bad, but considering I don’t eat a ton of carbs during the day, it makes me feel like I’ve derailed my progress….[/quote] Plain Greek yogurt with sweetener.
