That's as far as I can go because I have to be able to get home quickly at dismissal to my own children. But our schools (Eastern Loudoun, Cascades area) have a deep bench of great subs, mostly current and former parents, so they are largely insulated from sub issues. The other schools in Loudoun should culitvate the SAHM population more - that's what works where I live. [/quote] People always mention SAHM but often overlook realtors.
