So, SIL’s cousin kid is considered “cousin” to their kid? They just say“ cousin”, not “ second cousin”.

I have many cousins because my dad has 7 siblings and my mom has 5 siblings. So, my cousin’s kids ( I would say at least 10 or more) are all my kid’s cousins? I am not even close to any of them and they live internationally.

ILs used to tell BIL’s the only child that my kids are her brother/sister, and I was like speechless.[/quote]
