Does anyone know what could have happened?  Is this a bug, a scam, WTH?

How can I help my son get his items back when Roblox is calling multiple items worth 65,000 Robux being traded for 1,000 Robux as a "legitimate trade."  The other use just set up an account on December 20 and has no followers and no friends, which is why I think it's a scam account.

Please, no snarky comments.  Please help if you can.
