DH and I were laughing recently about how boneless, skinless chicken breasts are now the throwaway part of the chicken - now people just want the wings. The wing used to be the piece "the masses" didn't want. I don't even bother trying to make oxtail stew anymore - it would be at least $40 before I bought anything else. They are now basically a luxury item and I am not cheap. I'm not making $40+ oxtail stew, though.[/quote]
