He sucks, and mark my words, SpaceX may have longevity, but Tesla is a house of cards. Gonna make Elizabeth Holmes look like Goldilocks.
Say more. As in, specifics.
PP here. Sure thing. I'm not going to address SpaceX. Having reusable rockets that launch things into space is groundbreaking. But Tesla, ach shame (that is an Afrikaaner thing). Good on Musk for getting in the electric vehicle market at the ground floor. But, Teslas have known quality control issues. Here is but one Twitter thread (you can google and find a lot more): [twitter]https://twitter.com/PostCultRev/status/1386876163964882946?s=20[/twitter] The other MAJOR problem with Tesla is that they are freaking data sieves. I honestly don't know why someone has not hacked one and embarrassed the heck out of the company (but they have been hacked: https://www.wired.com/story/tesla-model-x-hack-bluetooth/ I think it's only a matter of time before they are hacked on a large scale. The car is continually connected to Tesla servers for updates. It's a disaster waiting to happen. And if you are driving one, well, do I have news for you. I also think Tesla is a bad bet b/c Musk is seemingly he!! bent of self-driving technology even though it's been illustrated time and time again that this technology is not ready for prime time. Per this recent article and many, many other recorded incidences of same: https://www.nytimes.com/2021/12/06/technology/tesla-autopilot-elon-musk.html This is one of those features that's going to be force-inserted into a model by a "visionary" until it starts killing people. Whoops. And who can forget the Cyber Truck? Last, while people (men) like that Musk is a loose cannon tech bro, he is a loose cannon tech bro. And sometimes all that force of personality can outweigh the fact that there are things seriously wrong with an idea/product/company. I may be wrong, and that's fine, but I predict a fall.
