It took them almost 1 hour to find my previous transaction to see how much I really paid originally for the first monitor, they gave me the difference in a gift card and I just bought the next model up - a $50 difference.

I got home to read the reviews online before opening this one and what was my surprise... the monitor the sold me for $230 costs $120 on Amazon!!!! GAH!!! I feel like punching myself for not checking before buying.

Now, let's see what they'll say when I go there again tomorrow to return it once again.
