[/quote] Non-vegetarian but I have the Morningstar meatless breakfast sausage patties almost every morning. They are 9g protein each Two of those + 2 sunny side up eggs is 30g. I usually add a little salsa or some tzatziki sauce or tomato slices, whatever we happen to have in the kitchen. Relatively low calorie breakfast that keeps me full for most of the day.[/quote]
