Make that salad huge, or maybe add an additional side like cooked broccolini or broccoli rabe. Ignore the people who say to get a take out version; lots of take out places are worse than Stouffers and now is not the time to experiment. - if you have a dish that fits it perfectly, absolutely transfer it. The presentation is better and while obviously no one is going to die being served food cooked in plastic once (or a hundred times), it’s healthier not to cook in plastic at all. - Tablecloth and nice plates, candles if there aren’t a lot of kids![/quote]
