There are 4 victims that will be a part of this trial. Powerful people will not be a part of it fyi. While there may be more victims these were deemed credible by prosecutors. Virginia Roberts isn't one of victims in the trial likely because she signed a NDA with Epstein. That means she swore and signed her name saying she holds him blameless for any crimes. She also accused Alan Dershowitz who counter-sued her, then they both settled. I don't believe there are going to be any co-conspirators, instead cooperating witnesses for the state.[/quote]
