Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, bologna, Leipzig, Zurich, Vienna…. ….public safety is one of the largest differences between us and Europe. There is a latent layer of violence and deviancy in the us that hangs like a cloud that is no where near the issue in Europe. [/quote]
