It's NOT right wing. You are really in an echo chamber and it's collapsingon you.
It really is RW and I say this as a Bill Maher fan. But doesn’t that prove it? I’m a lib but generally like Bill Maher. Most of us are not in line w/ this fake BS ‘woke’ line you guys are obsessed w. It’s such BS. Most of us just dont think children should starve or people should die when fairly routine medical intervention could save their life. WE are willing to redistribute income a bit to prevent those outcomes. We don’t give much an F abt bathrooms - just wish everyone could give others basic respect. Republicans are firmly and profoundly against giving basic dignity and respect to other people. That’s the difference. This woke sh!t is a RW talking point.
DP. Yes, most of us do think like you. But the problem is that politicians that are supposed to represent us are NOT good at messaging at the national level and are letting the most extreme left voices be the loudest. It's not working and it's going to result in Democrats losing elections. It is incredibly frustrating. I hate the current Republican party and how they are either too afraid to stand up to Trump or fully embrace him, and I hate the loud progressives who seem determined to hand power right back to Trump. Doubling down on progressive messaging IS. NOT. WORKING. Everyday left leaning people can see it. If you want a mandate to push your stuff through, you have to earn it at the ballot box first! A slim majority is not a mandate! Abigail Spanberger had it exactly right and it's like no one is listening. Republicans, evil as many of them are, are much better at uniting. Democrats are more worried about being "right" than winning.
