Every trainer we e worked with has a sliding scale, and unless you are signing up through a formal process, newbies can expect to pay more than long-term clients. Our kids have participated in some funny/awkward group trainings where some parents are there with their checkbooks writing $50 checks, some kids hand the trainer a $20 or a $5, and other kids pay nothing.
