Highly recommend.  Almost all the training is either at WJ or Wootton.  Summer months there will be serious pros, college kids, high level high school and middle school kids.  They usually train for 3 hours in the mornings Monday-Friday and two hours Sat/Sun.  They have training all year round.  My daughter goes when she can do to her travel schedule but in the summer she goes almost everyday.  It has made a huge difference with her speed, technical skills, and competitiveness.  Generally they have group sessions with multiple trainers but you can also get one on one instruction ($$).  What I like the most is that my daughter gets to go 1v1 against boys.  She is a center back so it has dramatically helped her game.  These workouts are NOT for the faint of heart.  They work hard so if you have a little cry baby then this is not for them.   [/quote]
