This is really not so unusual at all, regardless of orientation, and now your exuberance about this [b]strikes me as a little odd[/b], to be honest. I glad your daughter’s happy and I’m sorry she felt isolated for so long. But if you started a thread titled [b]“My daughter has a boyfriend. Thank God.”,  I don’t think you’d get much support at all. [/quote][/b]

OP here. You are correct it is not unusual FOR THE TIMES NOW.   In fact, kids are having less sex than their peers decades ago.

Social psychologists write on this topic, in fact.

What is REALLY odd, to be honest, is why  you would think I wouldn't get much support for posting about my bi daughters first ever relationship on a LQBTQIA+ relationship forum if it was with a boy. If not here, where else would I get "support"?
