(I had a situation where my clinic prescribed complete bed rest after transfer something that is not at all supported in the literature and that even their parent clinic had a blog post about how unnecessary it is. Although I knew all this I still complied because I also know my propensity for retrospective self doubt and blame so I didn’t want to be wondering if it didn’t work what if I had just done bed rest like the instructions. This is not a good personality trait of mine but it’s who I am so I did unnecessary restrictions.   If you are like me don’t drink the wine you can still have fun without it.) [/quote]
