The parents noticed that I like wearing decorative scarves - I wear one almost every day.  But unless you are certain that he/she will use it, I would suggest just a gift card to Amazon or Target.

I've never asked, but I do think at our preschool, both the teachers and assistants usually are gifted the same amount.[/quote]
