Do your children eat WW friendly food?[/quote] DH is doing it entirely online. That's what I did as well. Our strategy has always been to eat super healthy for breakfast and lunch so that we have a little more freedom with dinner (the only meal where we'll all eating the same thing with our DCs). Since no food is forbidden on weight watchers, it's no problem getting DCs to eat WW friendly food. One reason we save the points for meals with them is we want them to develop healthy eating habits without focusing on calories/points/pounds, etc. DH exercises everyday.[/quote]
