Although she did ask about just paying their share on the 5th day she was open to hearing other options and suggestions. People are being unnecessarily harsh IMO. It’s a reasonable question. If each family is paying $15/hr you MIGHT find a nanny willing to work for $18 or something like that on the 5th day if there were enough other perks! [/quote]
