You mentioned DE beaches, so I can't tell if you require warm weather or not... BUT I just plugged in 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) into Orbitz for packages in Montreal in first week of April (Spring Break) and came out to $700 to $800 per for flight, hotel, car. That's slightly more than your budget, obviously, but maybe you don't need a car? [/quote]
