Bowser keeping her un-vaxxed constituents happy is all that matters. There are zero metrics. The basic set-up is to ignore the mandate in restaurants, half ass them in grocery stores and then play by the rules at a school or in a government building. It will be like this through the winter at least.

I’m truly surprised. This entire time I thought DC was on par with Montgomery County in terms of metrics and goals. Not having a plan is crazy. I’m not having a plan and not enforcing your own mandate is mine blowing. Might as well not have a mask mandate at all and just let people decide for themselves if that’s how they’re going to run it.[/quote]
