I’m considering sending my 15mo old to Montessori school but since toddlers that age can’t wear masks, I’m wondering if I should just stick it out with a nanny for a while longer. What would you do?
If you don’t have weeks and weeks of sick, PTO and vacation time - keep the nanny. My three year old has been out with three different colds since mid-August (total 12 days). If I didn’t have a nanny, that would have been more vacation time then I have left for this year! The colds are vicious this season!! And needing to go to the doc for a covid test every time is a pain and expense.
