And then you may get lucky and have them with the same organization, but their schedules will be different. Carpooling can be a huge help and makes more logistical sense than trying to outsource driving. This isn’t an area where you can afford to be shy. Reach out to your teammates’ parents or neighbors and try to set up a driving rotation.[/quote]
