I think after two failed cycles it is appropriate to shop around. I had two failed cycles at GW and then got my records had appointments with CFA, SGF, CCRM (NoVa and CO), and Johns Hopkins.  It’s helpful to hear what other doctors would do and what they think of what happened so far. My case was a bit weird because I’m unexplained and relatively young so my poor results were very unexpected.  We ended up switching to SGF and had great results that were in line with my numbers, but I’m not suggest SGF is in anyway better, just that it’s good to get some perspective.  Also a doctor I talked to (at CCRM co) basically said either it’s your eggs or it’s the lab, so you should probably check to make sure it’s not the lab. That’s what we did and it worked (although it was a different protocol too).[/quote]
