Even when I think I am being a total pig with eating, after a few days when I step on a scale I am still around 118lbs.[/quote] 5'7 and 135, and maintain at 2000. I walk or run every day for about an hour and do a barre or yoga video most mornings. If I go wild with food on vacation or holidays I gain about 5 pounds but I suspect it is mostly water weight because it goes away within a week of normal habits without much effort. [/quote]
