I stuck with them because they got me pregnant before and I was nervous to transfer my embryos.  Now this cycle has caused me so much stress that I’m regretting my decision.  I had to make 10+ phone calls and send multiple emails to have my time sensitive order faxed.  My husband even had to call.  I was trying to do all of this AND work my FT job.  It’s like they make the process as frustrating as possible.

On top of this, they are unwilling to let me know what sort of benefits one of our potential insurance plans provides. All they will tell me is that they are “in network.”   They said this is per their policy.  Is this standard?  I’d like to be able to call potential clinics, provide them with the plan name/employer and see if it’s a good plan for us to sign up for.  I realize plans change and there is no guarantee, but it just seems extreme to completely be unwilling to share anything about it it besides that it is in-network.

Your insurance company would know if they are in network. Would not trust the clinic on that at all.
