I did my Global Entry interview a few years ago by doing a walk-in interview at the Ronald Reagan building. My friend is trying to get Global Entry and he is only seeing interview availability at locations in NY, TX, and AZ. I’m reading conflicting info online about whether walk-in’s are allowed at the Reagan Bldg. It appears that they were suspended during COVID, but I was wondering if anyone had recent experience trying to walk-in at the Reagan Bldg.
Our whole family did it early Covid, so I'd think they are still doing it.
Not PP- did you have an appointment, or did you walk-in without an appointment? I think the question is if you can now walk-in without an appointment. As of 6 months ago you could not. I looked at Flyertalk and there haven't been any new datapoints about this question for the Reagan Building in the last 6 months. https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trusted-travelers/1364352-global-entry-walk-interviews.html Tell your friend to keep checking really often- the appointments shift around A LOT.
