Personally I would cancel and strat over - I did this for another miscommunication and lining issue. I just felt I'd regret it if it the transfer failed. But it's a very personal decision.

I would also recommend getting a new nurse. My first was terrible. Very casual about the whole thing. It was awkward to ask for a change but the Dr didn't seem surprised and the next one was much better and proactive.

Yes, I am doing outside monitoring. I’m planning to travel to DC for the transfer.

I’d ideally like my decision to be on if this dosage mistake could affect the outcome.  I am not sure if assuming I start taking the correct dosage tonight, I can catch up?  How would canceling help...wouldn’t I just go back to day 1 of the mandatory birth control pill and restarting the estrace?

Also don’t think I get any money back if I voluntarily quit.  They will likely say that I misunderstood the dosage (I did not).  Although I do have a voicemail saved that has a nurse giving the incorrect instructions. [/quote]
