For me, cutting significantly back on what I was eating, drink etc. was so stressful so I decided to just try to add in more green veggies but stick with my normal diet. And I just cut back on caffeine alcohol once I started my estrogen cycle (one, occasionally two, glasses of wine 5 days a week until progesterone, then maybe half a glass a few times. and two cups of coffee a day). I tried to do relaxation exercises but acupuncture stressed me out. I did drink red raspberry leaf tea until I started my progesterone and with my doctor’s blessing, I went on baby aspirin. I continued to work out until I started progesterone and then just took long walks. And I took it easy on everything the day before the transfer and the day of. Both my transfers worked with this approach. Oh and I would start your prenatal vitamin now. Good luck![/quote]
