But, this evacuation was so poorly planned that they were not able to vet those who boarded the planes and did not have an efficient (or any) process for getting SIV holders and those who helped the US on the planes first. Blinken testified that pretty much anyone who showed up was allowed on. It was a mess. And, these are the ramifications of a process that wasn't planned and executed properly. [/quote]
