Type 2 asks a question that makes it sound like it will be really hard to answer, but really it's very easy to answer.   For example, I  saw one today that said "I bet no one can tell me a woman's name that starts with T and ends with A"--and of course there are tons:  Tara, Tabitha, Tamara, etc.   Or "I bet you can't name a state that does not have the letter A in it"--and again, easy!  Ohio, Oregon, New Mexico, etc.
